Woman ‘has first face transplant’ -CNN
몇년전에 오우삼 감독의 ‘FACE/OFF’라는 영화를 재밌게 봤던 기억이 납니다.
오늘자 CNN에 ‘부분 얼굴 이식 수술’을 받은 여성의 얘기가 기사로 실렸네요. 개에 물려 코, 입술, 턱이 손상된 여성이 뇌사자로부터 기증받은 얼굴을 이식수술 받았답니다.
수술은 프랑스에서 이루어졌고 환자의 상태는 ‘excellent’라고 하네요.
정말 놀라운 소식.

방금 본 Ellen Degeneres 스탠드업 쇼에서 기립박수를 받았던 명대사.
Ellen 이사람. 볼때마다 참 멋진 아줌마라는 생각이 든다.

가끔 KFC에서 파는 비스킷이 먹구싶어질때가 있는데…

베이킹 파우더 1ts
설탕 2ts
소금 1/4ts
버터 8Ts
우유 2/3cup
1.밀가루, 베이킹파우더, 설탕, 소금글 넣고 잘 섞습니다.
: 과자 만들어보신 분들은 아시겠지만, 체에 내리면 좋습니다.
2.버터를 넣어서 고루고루 비비세요.. 1과 잘 섞이도록…
3.거기에 우유를 넣어서 잘 치대셔야 합니다.
: 질감이 살아나도록 살짝 끈적한 느낌이 오는 정도가 좋아요.
4.오븐은 190도에 미리 예열하신 후에 만드신 도우를 먹을 만한크기로 잘라 동그랗게 만들어 15분에서 20분 정도 구우세요.
